As we move into warmer and sunnier days, I couldn’t resist posting this picture which I took a couple of weeks ago featuring Rotary Hill and the Naperville Carillon.
For those interested in taking a closer look, I highly recommend taking advantage of the visitor’s center and actual tour of the Carillon which enables you to go all the way to the top. For those concerned about the steps, there is an elevator that takes you halfway. Nonetheless, my youngest made it all the way up and down without the use of the elevator last year when he was only three.
Additionally, if you are looking for a nice wide-open peaceful place to go with the family, Rotary Hill is a great destination. You can sit back and relax as your children roll down the hill. Or, you can grab some ice cream at the Riverwalk Eatery at the foot of the hill, which is run by Belgio’s catering.
